NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy

At Amherst Laser and Skin Care Center, it is our goal to provide our patients with quality care and services. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to uphold these standards by keeping your scheduled appointments and giving us 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling treatments or consultations.

We understand that situations come up and schedules change, however, for our office a missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We schedule individual time with each patient to allow us to deliver the quality personal care that every patient deserves.

Patients will be charged a $75.00 no-show fee for missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Note for Monday appointments: please call and leave a voicemail if you need to cancel your appointment over the weekend.

If a patient has more than three no-shows, we will need to collect a $250 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will go toward the treatment booked so long as the patient is not a no-show. If chronic no-shows become an issue, a provider has the right at any time to discharge a patient.

Aesthetic Services Cancellation Policy

At Amherst Laser and Skin Care Center, it is Lauren’s goal to provide her clients with quality care and services. Lauren appreciates your cooperation in helping to uphold these standards by keeping your scheduled appointments and giving 24 hours' notice when canceling treatments or consultations.

We understand that situations come up and schedules change, however a missed appointment prevents Lauren from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. Every client is scheduled an individual appointment time so that Lauren can deliver the quality personal care that every client deserves.

Clients will be charged a no show fee of 50% of their scheduled appointment total for missed appointments or appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If a client has 3 or more no shows, we will need to collect a $50 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will go toward the treatment booked as long as the client is not a no-show. If chronic no-shows become an issue, the provider has the right to discharge a client at any time.
